Description

Healing requires trust, safety, and a deep respect for you as a whole person. As a Trauma Integration Mentor, my sessions begin with conversation to build a secure environment before moving into breathwork. We approach the healing process by working with your entire system—mind, body, and brain—never against it.

Our method is quiet and gentle. We do not fight your thoughts, and if the body feels guarded or stuck, we never force the breath. Instead, we meet you exactly where you are. As the mind feels heard and the body naturally softens, we allow the breath to gradually go deeper. Through this paced, regulated breathwork, we calm the nervous system and bypass repetitive mental loops, creating a strong, safe foundation for deeper integration work.

Offerings Include:

1-on-1 sessions

5-Day Intensives

Recovery Placement & Advocacy

I act as a supportive bridge for individuals navigating substance use and addiction. Through mentoring, advocacy, and clinical placement guidance, I help clients find the right path to recovery and ensure they transition smoothly into the appropriate care to begin their journey.
